Are you IN for the exceptional? Join our future leaders’ program INspire – the Leaders’ Lab. By adding your energy to Daimler’s indisputable drive for new mobility concepts, we’ll change the game together.

 Your game-changing journey at a glance:

• 24 months of managing top projects and international assignments

• developing into a leadership role from the beginning

• individual mentoring by a top-management executive

• high visibility among leading executives

Qualifications

• The INspire program targets future leaders who consider teamwork not just an empty workplace buzzword but rather a key concept to get the workplace buzzing. We search for solution-oriented pioneers who are driven by the ambition to perform, even if that means leaving the trodden path and pushing boundaries. We will also take a look beneath the surface and see whether you share our passion for the future of mobility.
  

•  Are you an authentic and persuasive spirit with a holistic and digital mindset who can INspire a team to give their best? Do you feel at home with our game changing Leadership 2020 agenda? And more than anything: Are you willing to lead and take management responsibility right off the bat?

•  If you’re up for the challenge, we look forward to receiving your application in English by February 12th, 2020. Please apply with your complete application documents (cover letter, CV and certificates).

•  If you are successful in the selection process, we will invite you to our Recruitathon from April 22nd to 24th, 2020 in Stuttgart, Germany.
